Export macros made in word to another machine?

As title says really. Ive made a number of macros on my pc and I want to put them on another machine if possible?

Complete guess, but if you've saved them to normal.dot could you copy this to the other machine?

Actually I should be a litte more specific. The macros that I have I have assigned to a seperate toolbar too, is there any way I can export the toolbar and the macros?

if using office xp/2003 then there is a save/restore settings wizard. maybe try that?
