Hi guys,
I have a client that I give full IT support to, their office has a single server cab at the one end with the router etc. in, they've just extended their office at the other end and want to extend the network to the other end of the office.
My thoughts are just to run a 40 meter cat5e cable through the drop ceiling to another routher/access point in the new part, will this work as simply as it sounds or will the connection start to be affected at that distance?
Any tips appreciated!
Cheers,
Jamie
