Looking to extend my rift s as well.
I ordered a 5M dvi and USB 3.00 but does not work..
Then I found this thread!
I tried the USB with the original short dvi and that works ok
So it is just the dvi extention that's a no go.
It was rhino lead from Amazon that won't work.
Anyone had any success with a lead yet up to 5M
