External Hard drive wont display

External Hard drive will not show up when plugged in to any computer. As far as i can tell the drive is still functional as it stll has power running through it and i can feel the drive spinning when i touch it.

I'm hoping to get it working again but i'd settle for being able to get access to it so i can recover some files that are stored on it.

Right click My Computer.. Manage.. Disk Management..

Can you see it in there?

Tried that already and it doesnt show up. Should have mentioned it

Usb socket, Usb enclosure or hard drive itself. I'd take the enclosure apart and put the drive in a desktop and see if its recoverable. If the drive itself is fine, theres plenty of places to get a replacement USB enclosure.
