By no external power, do you mean the power brick itself? Or no 3-pin plug powering it at all?
You may have to look for a 2.5" enclosure if it's the latter..

In that case, you have a LOT of options 
If you want to put it together yourself, you could use something like this
together with this.
If you'd like more capacity, then you can just choose a higher capacity 2.5" SATA hard drive (although I'd recommend staying away from any 7200rpm variants...sometimes they can draw more power, which the USB spec may not be able to provide).
Otherwise, something like these might be more apt for yourself?

Also, OcUK don't seem to stock the WD Passport range, but these are also good alternatives.
