I recently bought a wd ultra 2 TB external hd from amazon.
When I open WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics and look at the SMART info it shows the following attributes with a red cross:

Unknown
Unknown
Multi Zone Error Rate
Unknown
Raw Read Error Rate
Should I send the drive back and ask for a replacement?
