External HDD Advice

Now that I've got a new HDD thanks to members advice I'm looking for a backup solution. I'm thinking of an eSATA external with RAID. NAS would be an additional luxury! Space wise I'm looking for 1TB and price wise something around £100. Any ideas?

Get NAS and use the built in image creation tool on Windows 7 to do your backup's, then use the NAS as a media server also. Nice and simple
