External HDD advice

Hi all, I am in need of an external HDD, to be used for photo backup, moving large files between computers (including ones at work) and for storage of some movies to be played back through a PS3. I'd be grateful for any reccomendations, I need something at least 1TB in size, and the lower the price the better, although something stable and not too loud would be an advantage!

Is it worth just buying a caddy and get a 2TB HDD?

I would go with the Buffalo you have linked mate as your not going to save that much (if anything) buying an enclosure and HDD separately. That's a great price for a 2TB external drive too.

Too true just been scouting to see if i could do seprate but can't match that
