External HDD help

Hi, looking to make a nice portable bus powered HDD.
Will:

Are these the best going? I've had seagates and they have always been reliable (desktop versions so i assume laptop ones are the same). Not sure about the one touch thing on the icybox but it might be useful and is only a little over a pound more than This .

Should get it beginning of next depending when another thing i ordered comes in.
