External HDD not showing under explorer?

Hi guys, I have come across an issue with my external drive where its not being found under explorer but shows under disk management as unallocated?

Is this easily fixed or shall I return it to Western Digital

Have you tried reformatting it undre the disc manager? Or does it contain stuff you need to get off of it?

It gets picked up in device manager, and under add or remove devices but doesn't give me the option to format. Theres a black line when I view it under Disk Management stating its unallocated...

I am trying a new partition on the drive but it doesn't allow me to format it as a FAT32? Ideally, I want it this way so it cannot to my TV and PS3...

It might not be allowing you to format FAT32 because there is a 32GB limitation in windows for formatting FAT partitions.
