Hi all,
hoping someone can help out. A mate of mine has a WD Passport external drive that was hooked up to his iMac. A few days ago a few of the files became corrupted but it seems like now the Mac can't actually read the drive at all.
He's hooked it up to a Windows machine which also cant view it. It shows as working in device manager but doesn't show in drive manager. Tried using macdrive to view as well but no luck.
The data on the disk is quite important, anyone any ideas on how to try and recover?
