Any help would be great! Long story short, I bought 2 1TB HDD for addional space on 2 PS4s, they came and on label said "will not work with PS4 and do not reformat to NTFS".
So decided to use one as main HDD for desktop, downloaded windows 10 iso switched HDD out (took external out of casing and put it in as internal HDD!).
Ran the setup, but it failed, said it needed formatting, it then came up 'error cannot format'. The drive then disappeared.
Put all back to normal, attached the HDD as an external again, but it is not found, not even in dskmgmt. I can get to properties via add devices, when it plugs in it appears there.
I think i need to reformat/ reset back to factory settings, but no idea how.
Any suggestions?
