how does external cooling work?

also is it as effective as normal watercooloing?

finally is there realy good air cooling equipment available which is just as good as water cooling????

External watercooling works the same as Internal watercooling. :confused:

The effectivness of watercooling is relevent to the desired result of silence/performance/cost.

Define " air cooling equipment available which is just as good as water cooling".
