Extracting a Make Intel ICH9 RAID Driver Disk ------- HELP

Hi guys!

I'm currently attempting to slipstream / inject my AHCI / RAID drivers into an XP setup disk. Unfortunately the Make Intel ICH9 RAID Driver Disk file contained within Asus download section of the P5K Premium page.

Unfortunately, the XP / Vista version only contains a Asus app AsusSetup.exe and a F6flpy64.exe. Both of these programs when run give me a "unable to get disk information" error and fail to extract to my flash drive

Does anyone know how i can extract these drivers? This is doing my head in :mad:

Have you had a look on Intels website for the latest ICH9 driver?

Not yet, i wasn't sure if the Asus drivers were specific to the board.

Cheers, managed to extract the IMA file. Now just have to slipstream it

dont know about the asus driver setup exe file..but the original ahci/sata driver exe one from intel takes parameters to extract to disk...something like isata_xx.exe /? from memory will show command line

Problem solved. I just used Magic ISO to extract and then nlite to slipstream.
