Extracting Audio from movie file.

I have an .avi file that has some good audio on it. I was hoping to just extract the audio part to use as my mobile ringtone/message tone etc.

What program should I use to do this.

I've done this with the audio editing program that comes with nero. When you select to record, you can set what input to use so you just select line out.

AVIMux_GUI will also do this for you.
