Extremely noisy DDC

hi all, I have recently rebuilt my water cooling loop and added an extra radiator and my gpu; since doing that the noise from the pump has been pretty terrible at anything but the absolute minimum speed before it stalls. It is mounted to the bottom of my case on top of the ek rubber standoff thingies http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-505-EK
My loop is:
EK DDC xres 140 with the multiport top
an ek full cover 290x block
xspc raystorm cpu block
alphacool nexxxos monsta 240mm radiator
an xspc 30mm 240 radiator

I'm fairly sure the 18w ddc should be able to handle this loop without much fuss but if i'm wrong fair enough.
what are my options for silencing this thing? needs to be a rigid but decoupled mount since the reservoir and pump are in one unit. I did consider switching to a d5 xres and may well still do that if i cant silence this ddc.
I am rebuilding the loop again soon anyway as i am not happy with how my first time bending acrylic tube has turned out which I expected.

any advice appreciated
thanks,
smithy

Can you make a video of it?
I have 2 DDC pumps, one 18W and one 10W, both are really quiet.
Are you sure there is no air trapped inside the pump?

I wouldn't say i'm sure but until i get a video its more of a whiny sound than a crunchy bubble sound. I did the usual pickup the case and rotate it and rock it in every way i could to get the bubbles out though

edit, heres a video I started to turn the pump up and down to see if i could hear any bubbles being pulled in.

yeah DDC pumps have this whiny sound, but nothing I can hear if my case is close and I'm 50cm away from it.
Actually my 10W pump make more whiny noise than my 18W, but it is whispering silent I would say.

I had it connected to the psu directly when bleeding/leak testing and I dont think it was any quieter. The pump is probably over a year old or a year in service atleast anyway. Is there anything to replace that may be worn or is it basically non serviceable?

Tis strange, my pump has been running for 8 years still sounds quiet.

Does it sound like a vibrating noise? Does it go away if you tightly grip hold of the pump?

If theres a tiny bubble of trapped air in there it will sounds like a buzzing noise, but tapping and flicking the pump always gets rid of them for me.
