eyefinity disappointment

Also running 3x23" for eyefinity on a 5850, most games work but it is some hassle setting some of them up however I honestly can’t say i have experienced the chubbyness you’re experiencing.

Games I’ve tried so far are:

F1 2010 - full of win in eyefinity
Dirt 2 - as above
Fallout new vegas - needs modifications to the cfg to get pit boy, lock picking, terminals and all sorts working... its a pain i just want to play but can't until I’ve worked it out.
Fifa 2011 - menus are spent but once you’re in game its immense
Minecraft eyefinity... love it.

Thats about it to be honest haven't tested league of legends on it but do intend to.

Most games on eyefinity u have to change the aspect ratio to auto in the settings menu or if it is not available try to find a fix like the widescreenfixer linked to above. As said the middle screen will look normal and the side screens will have varying degrees of stretching depending on the FOV in the particular game and whether it's changeable.

You need to understand that the side screens are ONLY there for immersion, u never look directly at them so stretching doesnt matter all that much. Saying that, it sounds like u had it set up wrong if ur getting stretching on the centre screen.

Once u get it running it's fantastic ESPECIALLY for racing games like DIRT2, as it gives a real feeling of speed and u can see the full cockpit. In FPS it's distracting at first but once u get used to it it totally puts u into the battlefield.
