Hi

I've got my tv connected via hdmi and my monitor connected via dvi. Ive just brought 2 more monitors for eyefinity, will i still be able to have my tv connected for watching films?

Cheers

You lead a complicated life, certainly as far as monitors are concerned.

Drawing all your threads together you want to connect three 120Hz monitors for Eyefinity and a TV.

See your other threads for responses to your 120Hz Eyefinity questions.

As far as the TV is concerned then I don't think you'll be able to use that at the same time as the 3 monitors.

For Eyefinity you'll have to use both DVI connections and an active DP to dual link DVI adapter (if it works at 120Hz).

As you can't use both DVI's and the HDMI connection at the same time you can't use the Eyefinity setup and have an output to the TV as well.

Possibly if you disabled one of the monitors connected via DVI then you could use the TV but I don't know how it works exactly.

What a nightmare, thanks for your help, ive now ordered 2 more monitors for eyefinity and brought a dual link active adapter.

a Dell BizLink Display Port to DVI-D Dual Link Active Adapter

Thanks for your help.
