Eyefinity question

Could you run an eyefinity set up with a central 30inch monitor in normal landscape orientation at 2560x1600 res along with a left and right 20 inch screen in potrait mode with 900x1600 res ?

I guess if you can you want to try and find monitors with as close a dot pitch to each other as possible.
