Eyefinity users with screen flicker....

I've got to say, I've had no problems with my 5870, no driver crashes, no flickering on my monitor connected by DP, and it seems to work better than when I had my 4850s in it. Windows hibernation hasn't worked well at all since I've had my 4850s, but it works perfectly with my 5870.

OC rma sending it back to me (though charging me £10), they can't replicate it. I didn't have overdrive on anyway. Bloody ATI drivers are just random.

I had flickering on my 5850 whenever it adjusted the clocks. I was using a three monitor setup. Basically there's a design flaw on AMD chip that means it can't step the clocks without flickering the screens in a multi-monitor setup.

I've switched to GTX 460 and it can step the clocks on multi-monitor setups without any flickering. The GTX 460 also switches down to the same minimum clock (50MHz core and low-voltage) in dual-screen as it does single-screen. About time this sort of thing was done right.
