Could i run 3 of these
DGM IPS-2701WPH 27" LED Widescreen Professional Monitor in eyefinity with my 6990+6970 trifire ?

You could physically run them, i.e. connect them up and it'd work, but I imagine that performance on some games at 7,680 x 1,440 resolution wouldn't be particularly good.
