Anyone ever heard of them, they are being sold at my local and as my antec trueblu just fried its temp sensor i need a new psu. I had a look at one and their fairly weighty, they are not cheapy cheap, just not that expensive.

just dont want to end up with something akin to a rebadged Q-tec PSU but I dont have much money at the moment so need a crossfire capable PSU for under £40 :(

the one im looking at is £34.44

No! You definitely do not want this.

EZ cool is one of the brands famous for not delivering even close to rated spec before it catches fire. Any of the ones stocked here would be a much better idea, I'd personally go for the 400W corsair but the Antecs or ocz stealthxtreme are also respected.

Definatley not ezcool, thats just an accident waiting to happen.

The 400 watt corsair is good i use it in a system with a 9600gt card and the usual bits. Good psu and cheap i payed about £40.

The model i have has a single 12 volt rail of 32 amps.

I was going to buy OCZ as a lot of people seems to like them but after visiting their forum there was quite a few people on their saying theirs had died and even taken out pc parts like you would expect from the crap no name brands. So OCZ went right down to the levels of ezcool for me.

You'd normally expect to need to get yourself a 700W+ for a crossfire PSU. I think you need to spend a bit more than £40. If your power draw is 500W go at least for a quality 600W.

Also save yourself 80w or more at idle by creating an underclocked 2D profile.
