(F:) Drive Space

I noticed something a little odd..I started to add videos, music etc to my new (F: ) Drive. And it's showing 2.63TB free of 2.72TB, which is incorrect. When I do right click on my F Drive it is stating that I have used 97.7GB in Used Space

Can somebody give me a little insight on this.

I don't see anything wrong with this... What appears incorrect...? 2.72TB - 97.7 GB = ~2.63TB
