Its such a shame its ruined by the massive bright red Total branded wing end plates :(

I agree, they aren't too bad though, at least they aren't green. It's much better thanthe vomit design of the years i blanked from my memory after the nice blue/yellow.. Orange, blue, white, yellow etc.

Best cars on grid livery wise last year Mclaren and lotus imo

The FI always looks quite smart too

You mean the ING branding where they still shoe horned in some corporate Renault yellow? They were vile.

I don't think were due a major shake up on anyone liveries are we? All pretty much going to be the same as this year.

Yep.. That one.. Bad years, bad looking car.. It's funny, you rarely get an ugly car doing well!

I just had a look to refresh my memory.. Tissues away :-P

At the factory? They did quite a cool thing a couple of years back building the car in the street.

You must have seen a different 'building a car in the street' to the one that I did when they did it outside the offices of the german vodafone.. it was a lot of people milling around waiting for something to happen, then a few random people walked out with bits of bodywork, fixed them to the car, then walked away, all the while everyone wondering what on earth was going on and when were they getting to the good bit..

More interesting than some teams approach of just driving out the garage on the first day of testing, pausing for a couple of photos, and then driving off.

Launches have all got a bit boring recently. In 2007 McLaren took over the centre of a city (can't remember where) to launch their new car and Alonso and Hamilton spent the evening doing demo runs up and down the street.

Now a days its just a few press photos and maybe a little speech, and then off to testing.
