Mugello Circuit (Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello) is a race track in the Mugello region of Italy near Florence. Its length is 5.245 km (3.259 mi). It has 15 turns and a long straight.

Grand Prix motorcycle racing host an annual event here (MotoGP and smaller classes). Also, the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters hold an annual event. The track is property of Scuderia Ferrari which uses it for Formula One testing. The first race of the A1GP 2008/09 season was originally planned to be held at the Mugello circuit on 21 September 2008. However, the race had to be cancelled due to the delay in building the new chassis for the new race cars.

The only in-season test kicks off 1st May until 3rd May at Mugello. All the teams will be taking part, except for HRT.

I expect the teams are eager to test the parts that will be fitted to the upcoming European leg of the calendar.

Test times, photos, etc will be posted as it happens.

Having a quick look around McLaren have but Ferrari & RedBull don't say if its carbon-fibre. I think Williams have? Lotus have titanium. Force India says Mclaren gearbox so guessing they have the carbon one.

Well thats one way to see whether its worth changing the body work for I guess :)

Looks like Sauber werent testing DDRS with those pipes, thought they were.

Autosport said:
Sauber ran with external piping on its C31 during testing at Mugello on Thursday, which prompted speculation that it could have been evaluating the double DRS further.

However, Morris clarified that it was simply measuring aerodynamic forces at the rear of the car.

"We have been running some pressure tappings around the rear, that's what all the pipes were," he said. "It's just pressure measurement, that's all.

I think people will always find something to argue/debate about on this forum.
Once thing I have noticed is just how serious the F1 board is. My God...some replies I read on here would have you believe that perhaps their new born baby has been beaten.

I can understand if people work in the industry and take great offence to a comment about their own team, but for the casual viewer...you gotta chill out and learn to take everything you read on a computer forum with a massive grain of salt.

We've all heard about road rage. I think we need to coin a phrase - "F1 Forum Rage!"

See a few arguments but not quite that bad. Do you work for a tabloid?

what developments did the teams bring anyway?

Going by the F1 show on Sky last Friday, Marussia had a new front wing and rear suspension. Force India had some parts they were hiding, think it was a new exhaust layout?
