My best first testing run yet; found 3 values (we normally only have 3 for qualifying and my team-mate still has his 5 to run) and have significantly lowered the hi-low ranges of most of the others; I’ve got a good feeling about this.

Stoofer – you really can’t be having much fun with this the way things are going!!
 
I know, which makes it all the more devastating when your driver can’t lay it down in qualifying and the day that counts. :(
 
Not happy was all going well until I was involved in a collision and had to pit twice on a 1 stop strategy, still made 10th though which isn't a bad recovery.

After telling the mechanics to never allow Stoofer to set a time in any session, it is reported today that a rouge ( ;) ) mechanic actually stopped Gord's repeated attempts to salivate on any part of Stoofer's Ferrari.

Stoofer, so shocked at actually having to have to do his gloves up, was so stunned that nerves didn't have time to get to him, resulting in pole position on the first session he has ever been able to complete. At the press confrence, Stoofer responded to asking if he was surprised by 'laughing out loud' and also 'rolling on the floor, ******* himself laughing' which is, at the least, unusual.

Gord, Molinari; would you mind telling me what the yellow H stands for next to your name, the blue k stand for kool tools but what have you done to get that little h? Oh and very well done Stoofer!! :)
