f3 slow read times

I don't benchmark using programs I usually look at the details when copying or moving files around in windows (i.e. real world operations). On some occasions I have been getting slow transfer rates with my F3 too.
 
Hi, i just did a benchmark with HDTune version 2.55 and got

Minimum: 43.8
Maximium: 143.9
Average: 114.2

Going by the chart, a process/program accessed the drive
which caused the drive to hit a low of 7.7mb
