F3 smart data problem

No matter what program i use it seems none can read the smart data from my 1TB F3 they read my 40gig and 80gig HDD's fine

anyone got any ideas why?

gonna bump this been a few days still can't get it going... my 80 gig and 40 are still reading fine but the 1tb refuses to show any data not even the temp of the drive.

P:S the drive seems to be working fine
