Seriously though, the thing to complain about is the game being so tame, Villa didn't turn up in the slightest. No threat, no effort, awful all around. They seem to be stuck on crossing the ball to benteke even over an hour after it was clear he wasn't winning anything. Benteke seems uninterested. Quite a lot of those Kroos style situations where the ball got played to an oncoming runner just outside the box and EVERY single time the ball went back wide for another terrible cross rather than a single time the player taking the shot.

Same with passes into the box, almost every time the someone gets the ball inside/edge of box and first touch is to play it wide.

In midfield Cleverly has been utterly dire, from start to finish he over committed in challenges but never got close to the ball leaving a huge gap to run though and every time he made no attempt at all to get back to help out. Pretty much what most of the team has been like, defending individually, getting it wrong and giving up. Attacking individually, no one taking responsibility, no one wanting to shoot and no one winning the ball.
