FA CUP FINAL Arsenal v Hull City *** Spoilers ***

Well, we made hard work of it, but I think it was always going to be that way. Now just buy some decent players and roll on next season - hope the press heap all the expectation on Liverpoo/Chelsea etc and just let us get on with it.

CL final next week, then the world cup. Nice.

I don't think Wenger can stay for much longer, but I'd have been gutted for him if he'd have left without winning anything - at least now that won't happen.

Looking back through this thread this game definitely had something for everyone.

The laughter and joy of the neutrals...(plus DM)

The dread of going into another season from the Arsenal fans...

The relief of getting back in the game...

The classic Arsenal goal to finish it...

...then just as we are there, Arsenal nearly press the self destruct button.

But over all the joy I get from saying up your ### haters!!! ;) :p

Well done Arsenal.

I wanted them to win it, I couldn't believe the first few minutes but there was so much time left you could see them getting back into it.

Glad Kosielny got on the score sheet too after his mistake that cost them the league cup vs Birmingham.

I think someone questioned me regarding Giroud, I can't remember who but it wasn't sarcasm, he's not the best goal scorer in the world but his team play, passing, 1-2's and flicks are very good at times and like I said completely underrated. I think DM prefers Sanogo which is absolutely laughable.

Did you even celebrate today, DM?

I agree giroud isn't always a great finisher but that passing is awesome.

DM should be excommunicated as an arsenal fan

:D

Happy for Wenger

What can i say?? other than London is Red:D:D

Huge scare after going down 2 goals but a beauty of a free kick from Cazorla got us back in it then Rambo's ET winner was pretty damn decent especially the build up to it ie Giroud's little back heel.
Hull can complain all they like about the corner that led to Arsenal levelling the game but lets not forget you fat **** Bruce that your 2nd was taken 8 yrds from where your player was fouled and secondly 3 blatant penalties that were not given to us.

Ref was a completely blind today to not give us 3 penalties...all clear cut no matter what the haters might say. What a terrible game from him and could have easily cost us the FA Cup.

But meh 5 time winners we are, 9 yrs of pain has ended and the best thing is that London is Red for the time being.

Well done Arsenal for proving that we could do it coming down from 2 goals...nice and well deserved trophy for the way we played this season, disappointed at our title challenge but over the moon that we won the FA Cup and Wenger can now shut his critics up especially DM...who is possibly the worst Arsenal fan i have ever come across.

He won't leave now, he's said as much already. He also said if he was going to leave he would've done it years ago when both PSG and Madrid were sniffing around.

I dunno, the way it's worded on bbc seems all set up in a way. Suppose Wenger couldn't be chewed with going Barca, transfer embargo. No splashing the cash..:D

Lol. Yeah, for me he reached a new low last night. To not celebrate a cup win after 9 years and go on about diaby like that... Did not see one positive comment out of him about the cup win :/

Happy for Wenger but Arsenal still have a long way to go before winning something season after season.

they have the semblance of a good squad and I agree with your post.

There are match winners there (Ramsey) and I suggest that they will finish above Liverpool & Spurs etc next season.

The problem with the Premiership is the stranglehold that the oil clubs will have over the forth coming seasons.

(imo!)
