WHOA!

Just won 4 VIP tickets to the FA cup final tomorrow.

Blimin' amazing!

Parking, champagne, the whole thing ... just found out just now .....

Anyone else going? We should meet for a beer afterwards!!!
 
I'll post some pics. Yea it's been a good couple of days .. it's me birthday tomorrow so quite a nice couple of surprises ..

I'll try and get down to the OCUK meet if I can before the game ..

We won 4 * £4000 tickets (although apparently they were probably more because of the fact it was the final).

We were about 20 metres away from Capello. About 30 metres away from David Cameron, and about 15 metres away from both managers.

The 'Bobby moore' suite.

The meal was nice. They hired models to talk to us and be nice to us (which was bizarre) - and there was live opera, as much champagne and cavier as you wanted etc. It was all pretty cool.

When they walked up the concrete steps to get their trophy, the players passed within about 2 metres of us. Hart is huge, and Tevez is absolutely mini!

I second that - if it turns out I'm lying .. I get lifetime ban. However if it turns out I'm NOT .. Platypus gets lifetime ban.

Platypus -- surely you agree to such a deal? :)

Which was a massive MASSIVE compliment :) Which he meant as a diss! :)

Well it's me. Proof - find my 'I was a contestant on dragons den' thread and go find the youtube video thats on there. SAME GUY! WHAT ARE THE CHANCES! :) Now unless you're seriously going to argue I trawled the net for someone that had been a contestant on dragons den, claimed it was me, years ago, AND THEN years later found a load of photos the same guy had took at the FA cup final, I think I've proved myself :) . Also if bored check out the prices on them seats -- they're part of the Bobby More club thing .. tickets 4 grand a pop. So .. everything I said was true. And all the above that slagged me off with the 'compulsive liar' comments and all the rest ...

And here is the ticket (didn't resize - sorry)-- listen to the name on the dragons den video people thought I was lying about -- me!!! On this ticket .. my brothers name -- the guy that won the competition. If you watch the dragons den video you will hear we have the same surname. er, because he's my brother. Just like I said:

I still can't remember lying about anything, ever, on this site. Wow, it's gone amazingly quiet in this thread. how strange.

Yea that was true .. I've still got my ant farm and tubing at home (Tefal said don't bother posting pictures of it as people will scream 'photoshop' or something .. he's probably right)! Was going to give it to my nephew but the missus says HIS mum wouldn't want ants in the house.

As I've said - I've racked my brains as to why people don't believe this stuff and it's either

1) They're saying they don't believe it when they do .. to try and troll me
2) They don't do a massive number of interesting things themselves really kinda much, and don't believe that someone else can do so many of them so think I must be lying to big myself up or something (a couple of guys have written saying this is the case! Was great for my ego people effectively saying 'that amount of coolness ISN'T POSSIBLE MATE'!! er .. I'm not that awesome friend!). These people won't accept any proof of any description generally - they jsut scream 'photoshop' at any pictures, and 'lies' at anything else! :)
3) People have seen too many photoshopped images on t'net and therefore have grown cynical of EVERYTHING they hear.


Got to be one of the above I reckon .. even when I wrote about my 3*30 inch monitors in eye-finity they all screamed 'LIAR' until I posted photos, at which point they said 'Wow you're PC looks RUBBISH because there's too many water pipes in it!!!! So I guess jealousy might be a reason also ..
