I guess this thread is far from the sporty cars that most threads on here are about but if anyone could help me it would be great.

Basically I've bought a nearly new 14 plate Fabian from the local dealership and I'm noticing that there is quite a vibration coming up through the clutch. I've never noticed anything like it on any other car and can't find much about it online. Before I signed over my cash I asked the dealership to look into it for me and nothing came back fault wise so I assume it is all okay but its just worrying because I don't have a clue if its normal or not.

Any advice guys?

Could be quite a few things really! Is it through the clutch all the time? Intermittent? During braking? Steering?
Also why are you keeping your foot on the clutch?

Yeah through the clutch all the time. I usually don't keep it on there. There is the little resting pad thing but I felt it while setting off so I wanted to check where it occurs. Its like a pulsing through the pedal. Doesn't feel wobbly though. Should I take it back and ask to try out a similar car to see if it does it too?

Yeah, thing is I part exchanged a vw up because it had inherent rattles and faults and I was hoping this would be different.

Is this the 1.2 tsi? Assuming it is the Ibiza I had with the same engine didn't vibrate.

Ask the dealership if you can drive the same car to compare?
