Fable 2 fastest way back from crucible? keep getting divorced!

Hey ok then so i left my wife all happy notjhing wrong with her. I go to the crucible. I come out of the crucible after winning and shes all happy. I travel the 84 hours to bowerstone market or what ever and she wants to divorce me.

How can i get back quicker to prevent this divorce? I dont get it and it seems fairly stupid how i can be outside the crucible and she can be really happy but i cant teliport back or i get devorced. Seems a fairly stupid game design to me.

On a side note, i did all the rounds perfect and it doesn't say what special prize i got? i presumed id get a new weapon or something but i see none :(

Help asap if possible :)

yeah i was thinkin tht but i dunno where the carriage places are. I only know there is one in oakfield which is 110 hours away anyway. I think if i can get there in under 3 days i wont get divorced.
 
Carriage is 5 times faster than walking. No idea where the nearest one is to the crucible though.
 
from bowerstone u can travel to westclif by cart so perhaps thre is one in westcliff.

HOw comes non of u experianced this problem? what i dont get is if i go to oakvale which is 110hours, my wife tab says shes fine with the marrage. Yet i go into bowstone which is 81 hours from westclif and she divorces me. WHAT?
 
IVe come to the conclusion there isn;'t one in westclif even though you can travel to there. When traveling from bowerstone to oakfield or vise versa you appear outside the carrage place. But going to westfield you dont. So i can only presume there isn't one there. TThis means the only one outside bowerstone is oakfield which is 110hours away. So i basicaly lost my wife. Who awas alex and i didn't like the look of the other people. sigh.

Im sorry but this is fairly specific ad would rather direct answers rather then it merged in with lots of other people talking because i cant progress till i found out if there is a way around this.
 
There is one in the same grounds as the crucible. Go down the steps and turn left then go up and turn right. There is a carriage there.

I have a wife on it. I didn't speak to her before going away or doing the crucible. Everything was fine for me.

I did get a massive glitch though where my wife disappeared and my kid just stood where his cot was and did nothing. I then found them later in the game at a different place. Weird.

I got 5 (which I think is required) and don't recall a prize either, actually. Is it possible there is a chest or something in the final arena we missed?

found out its not able to get the prize on the first play in the areana, u need to go ack and do it again.

As for my wife well i gues ill need a new one but i liked alex coz she looked differnt. They all look the same but her and the jewrly person and well, im not marring her.

Any other intresting candidates perhaps?

just thought id let you know that i reloaded again because i desided i would kill her and just turn bad and slaughter bowerstone as revenge... i teliport over and she doesn't divorce me. SO like on my 10th try it worked. I wonder if there is some randomness in divorces which means just constantly tryign may evintually work.

Shame, i looked forward to slaughtering the town lol.
