I am just wondering if i do the guild of shadows's quest and kill a lot of people, is there anyway of getting back to be good? I presume i will get giant horns on my head after that, but i want to play through the first time being good, then 2nd time being bad, including having a bad town (don't help the guard at the start of the game).

To go back to good after being an evil git just give lotsa money to a beggar. Should be one lurking on the Bowerstone Market bridge.

Get a bluderbuss, or Farmer giles 1, get the reload skill and just run arond shooting it, i figured that out when i was after the 8 perfect rounds, the blast radius of the bluderbuss will usually take out 2 of the nerve tendrils.

I have a question about the dlc will we be using new characters or the same 1s, as my toon has over 50k of str points to be used, rest are around 40k, but all my stats are maxed.

I just ran around for ages shooting fireballs at him.

My crossbow wouldn't aim properly.

In Fable 2 Pub games I've managed to get Rank 1 in every tournament game on all five star rating. I couldn't wait to get the Championship Pistol, Sword and Mysterious Ring and guess what....

After spending an unbelievable amount of hours in Pub games I found those three items are complete............GARBAGE.

The best items are the ones you need to transfer to Fable 2 so you can get all the achievements in Fable 2 and the Sleep Master bed.

What do you get for having 8 perfect rounds in the arena? I've got 7, just need to get the troll down a bit quicker but aren't going to bother if the reward for doing so is crap.

I'm the same. Trying to wipe off every quest on my log except I have two bugged ones left, and 7/8 in the arena.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there an adverse effect to renting out your caravan at the beginning of the game? I've just started playing this yesterday, should have plenty of gold when I switch on my xbox later.

I would imagine it is some sort of weapon, tbh most of the prizes for quests are overhyped and are usually outperformed by normally purchased in game items. It would not surprise me if I go "is that it" when I get round to completing the Crucible!!

No adverse affects. Apart from a place to sleep, it is not used for anything else.

I've got a question: I'm finding it pretty difficult getting money together. I can only earn so much as a blacksmith and most proper shops cost around 17K in gold, do you just keep at it? It's also saying, for some weird reason that there's no jobs available as a blacksmith, barman etc etc and that I've to come back later? It's been that way for a while.

I found that i can sleep in houses that i have rented out, i just go in it and use the bed.

Might be a glitch. If there is a tenant already, you should get a warning saying you cannot sleep in this house, do you want to anyway? If you do the Law come after you

Possibly you have put it up for rent and it has no tenant yet?

Persevere. Jobs re-appear after a while. It helps if you sleep for 7 days, but think too much of that will make you fat

I slept a lot at the beginning to rotate jobs and I am sure it made me fat.

There is no miracle way to make money, every single person in this thread probably grinded away at the jobs till they had enough to buy a Pub for around 60k. Then things get easier.

I think you can trade items/money with people via CO-OP as well if you really cannot be bothered.

I am sure i have a tenant as when i woke up, some guy says "you shouldn't be here". Plus I was getting 350 per tick as well, i have 3 properties at that time.

I too grinded away at the woodcutter and bartender to make money, was boring but i got there in the end.

I didn't grind. I did do the blacksmith for a while but i blew the majority of that on weapons and other shiny things.

I did it the other way, bought a couple of stalls, then some more, then started renting houses, then buying the pubs etc...

And I now I am the King and live in the castle with over 17k per tick (with -20% on some shops but the majority at remained at 0%). ^.^

When i log back in tonight i am going to buy more houses

Do some sidequests, build uop my XP and then move alone the main quest. Need to get that orgy achievement, manage to sleep with some random last night though, he was a filthy ugly git actually.
