Fable 2

Many people got the Pub Games XBLA thing? I've not done very well, I'm currently 80k in debt !

Is that a lot in the world of Fable or am I likely to make it back quite quickly?

~120k in debt (but I was button mashing in the spinner game to get 5 star rating achievement).

I have 25k in Gold but 60K in debt worked down from 100k using spinnerbox. Unfortunately there is no sure way of getting out of debt:(
 
you can easily get out of debt in pubgames playing keystone tournaments. id recommend the highest money one you can play in. my tried and tested method is this:

1) when bidding on an arch put something down on any number (i usually put 1 chip down on 10 as its where the pointer starts :p)

2) make your inside bets and bet max (press LB) all along the bottom row (3 all the way across the bottom to 18)

3) roll the dice and repeat your last bets by pressing RB (saves putting the chips down each time). keep doing this

the aim here is to get a triple and when you do you will be miles ahead in the tournament. you are pretty much guaranteed to get one in a tournament and that should have you set to win it.

4) once you have got a triple, you no longer have to bet so just keep pressing x to roll the dice till the tournament ends and you are crowned the winner :D

Note 1: if you run out of money press y to enter your bank and just cash out and start the tournament again.

Note 2: occasionally the computer will get a triple and overtake you so just keep using the technique above until you pass them again

Mine is being picked and packed apparently.

I kind of wish I had waited to buy this now, I still have loads of life in FIFA 09 and Tiger Woods 09 and I have barely scraped the surface of Saints Row 2 yet. I only get about 5 hours gaming a week now at the most so these will last me a LONG time I think, which is good, but I get bored easily :(
 
Hoping it may be posted today for delivery tomorrow, place I normally order from has just opened up pre-orders for CE edition again, only £2 more so I've switched my pre-order to CE.

Switched my pre-order over to the collectors edition, too. The extra content seems cool enough to warrant a little more monies.
 
Mine is apparently being picked and packed. I just hope we dont have the same problem North America has been having with the missing DLC codes. Well hopefully it will arrive on Thursday or Friday.
 
there should be an negative achievement which is unlocked if you play the game before the launch date :D (online authentication)

smt like "-100 pts you naughty pirate raarrr"
