I had a similar problem, after I did a couple quests they calmed down.

I'm having problems with my son on the rescue quest - I've saved him from the hobbes and climbed out of the cave but every time I try to go anywhere on the map I'm warned that my progress will be lost and I'll have to restart the quest. My son has disappeared too. :(
 
Finally got round to finishing it last night.

Yeah, I did that and felt ridiculous later..... I wish I chose differently.
I want to be rich. The blacksmith job still gives me nightmares.
I was playing it a couple days ago and got annoyed at the ugly housewives following me, so I killed them all..... I regret it now though because everybody hates me.
 
Oh right, someone told me you could. Oh well!

I've got a separate save which i kill people on. Think I'm bored of the game now Ive finished it. Might sell it.

Loved it though.

Love is definitely the way to go if you want to keep your dog (which I do as I think I'm missing quite a few keys).

Also, make sure you definitely want a sex change when you drink the transmogrification potion - it autosaves right after :( (thankfully my wife is bisexual)

Indeed :( my wife isnt but shes stayed with me still, although humorously rejects my offers for sex.
 
Great game.

For those that have already finished and thinking about getting rid, don't forget the new DLC is out before christmas (latest date ive seen is the 22/12)

New area, quests etc. Should be good :)

I was hoping that would be next week :(

If they're going to make a full expansion someday I hope they add more abilities and spells as I'm almost maxed out.
 
I don't know if any of you guys have noticed the three new achievements that have been added to Fable 2

The Collector
Acquire all the mystery items in The Box of Secrets shop, or see another Hero do so.

The Meteorologist
Bring all of Knothole Island’s weather problems under control, or help another Hero to do so.

The Bibliophile
Find all the books detailing the history of Knothole Island, or help another Hero to do so.

Only nine more days to the new DLC. :) Can't wait.
 
Just started playing this, the tearing on busy screens is quite bad.

And the blur makes me feel drunk!

Seems good so far though, only just done the child bit
