Does it record everyone. If theres 20 people in the shop does he get 20 notifications? If so why?

The tinfoil hat is that any record keeping is automatically bad.

On the News report the AI spots people hiding stuff so if it doesn't go in a basket and goes in their clothes an alert is made.

If random people did mot rip off random shopkeeprrs there would not be a problem.

Quite because he has not just lost his profit margin hes lost the capital investment to purchase it

If they have someones photo in their shop it's not a random shopkeeper. If it's happening to someone a lot then that's not Random either.
