Facebook and AOL errors

[Bipolar Kittens]

Hi guys, overnight Facebook and AOL have stopped loading correctly on my laptop making the sites unusable. I haven't knowingly downloaded anything suspicious or changed anything since last night, so i've got no idea how to correct it. I was using IE7, so i upgraded to IE8 and also downloaded Firefox 3 and still get the same problem. I've upgraded Flash and Java to the latest versions but that didn't help either. What else can i do?
