Facebook changed again?

I just downloaded the new Facebook and after installing it, my news feed is empty :/

They've issued a new update! Apparently, you aren't able to recieve your news or live feeds until you upgrade. Just download the new Facebook like Camelpaw said...

Okay - I just checked the Facebook Helpdesk Group and they've just issued a "Quick Fix" for people with the same problem. Download and update

People should know by now that Facebook has never offered a reinstall option. You need to uninstall and install from fresh....

No, its still just online. I guess they roll the changes out gradually.

Not to sound old fashioned, but what the hell was wrong with the old layout?!?!
