Facebook macro/app

I use facebook a lot to get jobs from the selling pages, i run a man and van service and theres always the same guy who responds within a few minutes of someone asking for a man and van, i don't know how he does it but is there some sort of App or Macro that would help me find these posts faster?

i know you can set keyword search alerts, maybe he has that setup??

That only works on a sales post and not on a discussion post, you can't do it on a mobile either. I can't imagine him just sitting there refreshing the page every 2 seconds haha.

can we see an example? perhaps he pays india to keep an eye on it while he works they have the reply set up to catch anything asap
