Facebook!!! my sisters picture has been used by someone to create a profile

Im fuming, my sister has just come in, someone has used my sisters picture and created a profile under a girls name and used her picture, however trying to report this to facebook is prooving impossible atm.

When trying to report as a "Fake Profile" and "using my images" you fill in the form blah de blah and it asks for the profile URL, as my sister has only just found this profile on facebook they havnt added her yet, so when i copy and past the holding profile page url into the form it will not accept it, the other option is to go and report each photo individually! but who knows what pictures could be out there.

The URL can be worked out pretty easily by looking at the ID of the fake profile and adding it to http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=
