Usually I wouldn't do this but this item hasn't shifted in a while. And due to life stuff I could do with getting it sold.

Basically someone has asked for me to post and they pay with PP G&S.

This would mean I'd get paid:
I'd ship to the address on the receipt by RM special delivery.

I'm concerned about how ebay buyers can basically always scam a seller and this G&S would leave me open to the same?

I do think the seller is probably legit (old Facebook profile, lots of pics etc).

But... It's too much to lose.

I cam probably guess what you guys will say.. But just checking

I've bought via fb, posted etc. worked fine but the item I was buying also had the seller using similar stuff in his profile photos going back years.

I don't necessarily think it's a scam. It's probably one of those you just can't both be safe.

As a buyer I'd never pay by BT..no protection for buyer
As a seller anything else seems like its scammable.

Just checking. I was on side of "no". Guess it's just impossible to remote sell now without a high chance of being scammed.

Depending on the item, you might get better luck selling it on Vinted.
Alas.
Vinted/ebay it's just too expensive for me to risk on such platforms.
Was just hoping this was a little more seller friendly. But seems not.

I will continue to wait

Its difficult selling high value stuff on Facebook
