Ermmm unless im missing something the iphone doesnt need to be jailbroken in order to get facetime...its part and parcel of the iphone4 system.

Over 3G obviously...

I have it for my touch as well but since I know no-one with an iphone that I would want to talk to face to face it's pointless for me lol
