Hi all

Bit of a random one but I'm wanting to grow my facial hair a little more but I find it gets small patches where the growth is not as strong as other bits of my face, is there anyway or anything I can use to help the growth of facial hair?

Cheers

draw on the missing hairs with black marker

I suppose that would be an easier way of getting around it :p

As a fellow Swindonian, I would advise against this.

If you have to, grow the longer bits and comb-over onto the patchy bits.

Tbh it's not lots of hair that doesn't grow, if anything it stops at a certain length and doesn't grow

Then, apart from a Wayne Rooney / Jimmy Carr hair transplant for the face, you're genetically stuck.

Hair ointment only makes hair look thicker, but to viewers of your face, it would like you've tried too hard to make it work.

Ahhh maybe I'm just not meant to grow one :p I have recently decided to shave my head to the lowest my clippers can go as my hair at the top doesn't grow but the back and sides do so I look like an old man and I'm only 31 :p

Unfortunately the only thing that works is time. If you're 31 already then a full hipster beard may not be for you. For the head though I've recently got a Remington RX5 and it's brilliant.

Yeah I'm guessing my facial hair isn't meant to be long, problem is I look about 16 when I shave it completely off :p
Ohh really not seen that one, I've only seen that Alpecin stuff

Can't you buy a hairy face mask.

I am 77 and have never been able to grow facial hair to any degree. I also hate shaving so this pandemic and face masks has been a life saver -don't shave very often now.

Wearing a Davy Crockett hat and a lime green slingshot thong, teabagging the centre of all six roundabouts of The Magic Roundabout under a full moon will ensure you grow a full beard in 2 weeks.

Go to the barber's in Commercial Road, Swindon. Ask for Josh. He has a beard. Say Andrew sent you. He'll help with your beard dilemma. Report back.
