So Mad!!!

Just phoned DPD to find out where my GTX570 is and its been put on the wrong trailer and they wont go find it for me to collect.!!!!

So Mad!!

Then sir i tell you what you can do...! you can personally find the parcel and bring it round in your car on Monday night when I'm home from work.... and amazingly he agreed!!

still no happy...

i can understand u being unhappy but mistakes are made and at least he's gonna deliver it to you monday night. cud you imagine royal mail doing that lol

Usually im level headed in these situations but its not the first time DPD have done this...

they have had two complaints from me for failed deliveries since december and my work use them and thats not a much better experience.

One of the DPD drivers gave me a middle finger the other week. He wanted to come out the inside lane into the far lane so he could turn off at the next junction, I slowed down to let him across he dithered for a bit even though there was a lots of room to come across so I kept my foot of the gas and he eventually came across and as he turned left onto the slip way an arm came out with a middle finger pointing upwards.

haha, a 70 year-old man gave me the finger last week on the bus. does this mean all old men are crazy? sure, I had some trouble with DPD myself, but I wouldn't judge them by that, most of the time I did get my stuff on time etc etc

Hit or miss for me. Last two deliveries have arrived OK, but one of the delivery times was ridiculous. Depot is about 7 miles from where I live. Item was loaded on to the van at just after 9am... my delivery time, between 5:30-6:30pm! WTF! Would be quicker for me to drive there and collect it. Obviously I must have been last on the route, but I think they must have deliveries further than 7 miles out... hey ho!

DPD here aren't too bad, but I get what you're saying and I still stand by my comment of careless workers.

Both my deliveries have arrived on said day so I can't complain personally.

EDIT: Firegod, same for me. My delivery came at 5:40pm... was a bit peeved but what can you do? So my next delivery I paid the extra fiver for before 12 and it came at 9:40am

One of them things it happens, ive had many a delivery from dpd and only had 1 mess up, mistakes happen.

Ive had good and bad service from nearly every delivery company but more good than bad.

They're crap last two deliveries to me from ocuk have been messed up. Saturday delivery wasn't delivered on saturday as they left it in the van and locked it up and yesterday they sent my parcel to leicester when I live in Winchester......

I prefer Royal Mail ordered two different items on special from other places and they arrived, wish ocuk would offer the free delivery via Royal Mail

DPD woke me up delivering my GTX460, it was due at 10.30 0 11.30, he arrived at something stupid like 7.30...I had mixed feelings...
