Failed bios flash

I really need some help here as I am slightly out of my depth now.

Used live updated to update bios on msi z68a gd55 g3
Computer resets and I get a quick bsod and then nothing.

I can get back into the bios and saw that someone else on here had the same problem... Bios changes sata controller mode back to standard.

So I change mine back to ahci and reboot and nothing.
Now in the bios my ssd with my os on it is not showing up?

Can someone walk me through some suggestions

Ok panic over it's just come back on after like the 5th try and changing nothing. I won't be using that utility again.. I was trying to solve an issue by updating the bios.

Pc wizard opens in debug mode and Wei cannot complete a report.

Sigh
