The Asus stuff is expensive cause if Asus tax. Cause somehow they have gotten a great reputation - I don't know why. They don't deserve it at the moment.

Corsair stuff is quite expensive but tends to be well made and they do offer fairly good support.

If you can get a mechanical then I would strongly recommend one.

The difference is the two more expensive models you've linked are they are both mechanical keyboards over a cheaper rubber dome board.

Mechanical keyboards use physical switches (typically from cherry) that last longer and to some people at least feel a lot better to type on. Rubber dome boards use a membrane layer over a PCB with contact points etched onto the board that can feel a bit spongy to type on.

A Mechanical board should last a lot longer than a rubber dome board, however you do pay a premium for them so it is up to you to decide if the expense is worth it or not!

I'm pretty sure the g15 is a rubber dome board!

I'm not sure which out of those boards would best suit your needs, the cherry red switch which both of the mechanical boards though is a low actuation force linear switch. That means the keys are not clicky and do not give you any tactile feedback when you press them. Supposedly they are the best switches for gaming but really all of this is subjective as it depends on what is best for you!
