Hi guys,

This is more an enquiry as to how I can reach gigabyte UK support. It seems to be next to impossible.

Having raised a support ticket online and no response. I’m wondering if there is a hidden UK support number that can be called to raise an RMA.

The drive was purchased in 2019 so I believe has to go back to Gigabyte directly for the manufacturers 5 year warranty.

Thanks for the quick responses. Appreciated!

So it's been close to a week. I did contact the retailer but since it has been over two years, it is now with the manufacturer supposedly.
This is my primary drive so failures or chances of failures is not an option. SMART reports the m.2 as being fine yet I have volmgr system crashes in the event log.

Basically when an intense read/write is being performed it will crash. I tried running DiskGenius and within 30seconds of running it showed 23k of Damaged blocks before freezing then shutting off bluescreen /reboot. It's definitely goosed. Seems to be incredibly hot to the touch as well after a crash. Sometimes disappearing from the BIOS so I cannot boot, then 30mins of the machine being off I can generally get back in however like I say, I don't want to be using the drive in such a state.

Madness to think that my Samsung 950pro SSD has perfect results using DiskGenius even after nearly 7 years.
