Fallout 3 - Difficult?

I actually think that i enjoyed mothership Zeta the most tbh. I played through The Pitt the other day, but it is a little underwhelming in the end(i have played them before).
Point Lookout is good, especially if you get a few mods to add some quests to the area, otherwise it can be a litle bit bare

The Broken steel missions are the best dlc imo.

I agree with this 100%.
The Pit was the worst of them all and Zeta was very good.
Broken Steel adds so much more to the game and follows the story of water distribution. Easily the best one!

This.

I loved New Vegas, one of the best titles I've played.

I'm giving NV another go now. It's really slow to start, though. I've gone for Energy Weapons, Stealth and Science specialisation. :p Plasma Pistol + VATS = lots of piles of steaming goo!

Oh, and I'm finding this time around that putting points into Luck really helps a lot!

Wait what? Zeta was very poor as far as the style of the game is concerned. It was a linear shoot-em-up through endless corridors in the alien space ship and it seemed to go on forever. The different rooms were quite good but as a whole it was a very repetitive DLC. It wasn't much different to Operation Anchorage only longer.

The Pitt was different and made you have to choose based on your morals carefully and took you back to basics rather than allowing you to continue on massacring everyone.

I think that Zeta works really well as something different, especially when played after the main story after everything else. I liked the environment as a change from the wasteland.

The Pitt was just a pretty drab area tbh, it was ok but i would probably call it the weakest dlc.(i liked them all tbh)
You do start with nothing in it, but as soon as the combat starts you either have all of your stuff back or you are pretty tooled up

I liked how difficult it was :p

I also went the evil route on most of my run through's where you sneak around and steal EVERYTHING :p

For me it goes like this: Point Lookout > The Pitt > Broken Steel > Operation Anchorage > Mothership Zeta.

I found Zeta incredibly boring, The Pitt though was really good in my opinion. I loved the setting and how the game made you bring your own morality into play.

That is similar to mine, I might switch Pitt and Steel (as I haven't completed Pitt due to a glitch with MMM).

At its heart Zeta was nothing more than a run n gun in a fancy environment. Your only weapon choice is Energy Weapons (trying to melee would've been suicidal given the number of enemies and limited healing options). It also goes on for way too long. At least OA allowed you to choose between a few weapon sets but role playing was still pretty limited and essentially you just had to run through the levels gunning everyone down in sight.
