Hi iam building my first pc and am sorting out which parts i need, already purchased a nzxt h7 flow 2024 case but it only comes with 3 front fans so i was wondering what fans i need to add or do i need to replace the ones it comes with, thanks.

What case fans you need is largely dependent on what component coolers' fans are used.
Often case front intake fans are all that is needed.
Tell us what motherboard, CPU & CPU cooler and GPU & GPU cooler you are using.

This is what the case can support if it helps.

Fan mounts: 3x 120mm/140mm front, 3x 120mm/2x 140mm roof, 1x 120mm/140mm rear, 3x 120mm floor.

So if you have the x3 120mm fronts I'd say you want to balance that with some exhaust fans. Perhaps go with x120mm rear and X2 140mm on top.

Mixing up fan sizes also helps with any unwanted harmonics especially if you run them all at the same speed.

Then just decide if you want argb or not I guess.

When looking at fans look for a good balance between noise (dB), airflow (Cfm) and static pressure (mm H2O). Static pressure is useful if having to push air through restrictive mesh, radiators, CPU coolers, etc.
